Asquare Partners is an international niche recruitment company operating in the insurance industry, specialised in Actuarial Science, Risk Management and Data Science. We focus on expert, manager and C-Level profiles.
It was founded in Brussels in 2014 by Alexandre Jacobs and Anthony Weemaels. Their passion, knowledge and energy rapidly allowed them to evolve in insurance industry successfully, stemming from the right balance between the understanding of the industry and deep integration in their network.

Our mission is to deliver the best personal and specialised recruitment solutions to private companies and public institutions in the insurance industry, in order to assist them in identifying and attracting key talents in the actuarial, risk and data field. The Chess Game
At Asquare Partners, it’s not about the quantity of candidates we present, it’s about the quality of each one we select and the strategic reflexion behind all the recruitment process. We view our core business as a chess game, which consists of three phases : opening game, middle game and endgame.
In the opening game, Our focus is on understanding your company, your team, and your specific context. In the middle game, we focus on market analysis, benchmarking and researches
And finally, in the endgame, we connect the best candidates with organizations and assess the most suitable.
The same applies to career management. If you wait until the endgame to try to reach a specific position without strategy in the two first phases, your probability of succeeding is going to be around 10 percent. Anticipation and reflexion are key to success.
