Change in Financial Management with the Appointment of Marianne Collin
Belfius Bank announces the departure of its CFO, Johan Vankelecom, effective November 1, 2024, due to differences regarding the future organization of the company. Marianne Collin will replace him as Chief Financial Officer, following the appointment of a new Chief Risk Officer (CRO). In the meantime, Jean-François Deschamps will serve as interim CFO and will participate in the management committee meetings starting January 1, 2025, pending regulatory approval of the new appointments.
