Marie-Hélène Massard appointed Deputy CEO
Marie-Hélène Massard has held positions within Axa Bank and Axa Luxembourg. She also worked within the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies (Aca) for nearly eight years, serving as president and vice-president. She will become the right-hand of the CEO, Marc Lauer in the Foyer Group.
Emmanuel Van Grimbergen promoted to Managing Director Reinsurance & Investments
Emmanuel Van Grimbergen holds a master’s degree in mathematics and actuarial sciences.
He worked for ING for 18 years. He held various positions, including Chief Actuary South West Europe in 2000 and Chief Insurance Risk Officer of ING Insurance Retail Banking in 2004. In 2007, he was appointed Chief Risk Officer of ING Central & Rest of Europe. In 2011 he joined the Ageas Group as Group Risk Officer.
Christophe Vandeweghe appointed CRO
Christophe Vandeweghe began his career with ING and Deloitte. He joined Ageas in 2014 as Head of Risk for Continental Europe. He has held various positions within the Group. In 2018, he became CRO of Grupo Ageas Portugal, then CFO. Since April 2023, he has also held the position of Chief Business Development Officer for Portuguese activities.
Sébastien Haslé appointed CEO of International Organisations and European Insurance Companies
Sébastien Haslé joined Cigna in 2008. He held the position of Chief Risk Officer for Cigna Life Insurance Company of Europe and Cigna Europe Insurance Company for 9 years. He was then appointed Managing Director of both entities from May 2017 to early 2020.
Roger Bou-Harb appointed as Director
