Laurent Serez becomes Chief Financial Officer
Laurent Serez has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the executive committee at P&V Group, starting on November 7. He brings 20 years of experience in Corporate Accounting, Asset & Liability Management, and Risk Management, having worked at AG Insurance, KPMG, Nationale Suisse, and Aon. Laurent holds a Master's in Mathematics and Actuarial Sciences from ULB in Brussels, with additional qualifications in Risk Management.

New key appointments at AXA Belgium
Erik Heggen has been appointed Chief Retail P&C Officer. He previously led the strategic and operational transition at Yuzzu and will bring his dynamic and innovative approach to AXA Belgium's growth strategy.
Marie Noirhomme is named Chief Risk Officer. With a strong background in control functions and P&C, she will lead Risk Management and join both the Management Committee and the Board of Directors.
Philippe Courouble becomes Advisor to the CEO, continuing to support the development of technical excellence in P&C while assisting Erik in his new role.
Lucie Taleyson will take on new responsibilities within the AXA Group as Chief Risk & Technical Excellence Officer at AXA Partners, after successfully developing AXA Belgium's Risk Management.

Nadia Cote Appointed CEO Europe at RSA Luxembourg
RSA Luxembourg has appointed Nadia Cote as CEO Europe, succeeding Lynn O’Leary, who is returning to the US to become President of Intact. Nadia Cote, with over 25 years of experience in the insurance sector, previously served as Managing Director of Allianz Commercial in the UK. As CEO Europe, she will also manage specialty lines in the UK and lead RSA's European and UK teams to drive growth, improve solutions, and enhance expertise in underwriting, risk control, and claims management.
